Fitness Friday :: Week Eight
Can you believe it’s March? The longer days assure me that spring is indeed on the way. I’m looking forward to doing more and more exercise outside as the weather improves.
This week I’m sharing a fitness tool that I’ve enjoyed using for years, an ab wheel. An ab wheel is inexpensive and doesn’t take up a lot of space. If you don’t want to buy one, your gym probably has one that you could use there.
I thought I’d try something a bit different this week for demonstrating the exercise, a video. Let me know if you like this format better or if you prefer step-by-step pictures.
Fitness Friday :: Week Eight
Is this something you will try or is it already a part of your routine?
Hi Paula! Just stopping by after being out of touch for several months. Hope that all is well with you.
You made me chuckle, with your eclair post immediately followed by your fitness friday post 🙂
I am 99.9% positive that my parents or someone I spent a lot of time with had one of those! But I never saw it used, so I always assumed it was a piece of broken tricycle or something!! 😉
oh noooo! I know your tricks! you can’t make me do that! haha! not after my “incident!”
ok ok maybe i’ll try again! Happy friday Paula!

Our gym has one of those, but I’ve never used it. It looks even harder than the plank. Yikes! Okay, I’ll try it. My abs need some serious help. Especially since I am still thinking about your eclair recipe. I cleaned out my pantry and all my graham crackers are gone. Gotta buy some more, and then I’ll really need to do this.
That looks totally hard – I’ve seen them but never tried it. It does look a little more exciting than just doing crunches, and it probably works more of your abs too! You rock Paula!
Your post reminds me of the Abs roller from the 90’s, do you remember that?? Such a great post, you make it look so easy!
