  • Stitch Fix is a personal styling service.  When you sign up for Stitch Fix, you fill out a detailed style profile that helps your stylist know your likes and dislikes.
  • When a Fix arrives, you have three days to try the clothes on and to decide what to keep and what to send back.  Stitch Fix includes a postage-paid envelope making returns super easy.
  • When you sign up for Stitch Fix, you can choose how often a box is delivered.  You can pick monthly options or schedule a box when you’d like to receive one. I do not like shopping and love receiving clothing from Stitch Fix.  I get clothes that I like without having to do any work other than pinning things that I like to my fashion board on Pinterest.  My stylist checks my Pinterest board for inspiration and also reads my note to her each month to see if I have any special requests.
  • You can find links to all of my Fixes here and also be sure to check out my Stitch Fix Review Board on Pinterest where I pin my favorite looks.

Kaileigh Bobbie Knit Faux Wrap Dress

The first thing that I tried this month was the Kaileigh Bobbie Knit Faux Wrap Dress. I love a wrap dress and especially loved that this dress has a ruffled bottom.

All of my jewelry in this post is from Roxbox.

Rocksbox is a jewelry subscription service that sends three pieces of jewelry that you can wear for as long as you like each month.  When you send your three pieces back or buy what you like, a new box is sent.  If you’d like a free month of Rocksbox, sign up with this code: PAULABFF54

It is really cold here in Virginia so we had to take pictures inside this month. To see details on my winter decor, click here and here.

I knew immediately that I would keep this dress. I did a massive closet cleanout over the summer and now only have one winter dress. This is a perfect second dress to have.

West Kei Allan Surplice Rolltab High Low Blouse

Next, I tried the West Kei Allan Surplice Rolltab High Low Blouse. This blouse was super comfortable and I loved its style.

I’m not able to do much of anything these days, so even though I really liked this top, I returned it.

Liverpool Temma Denim Jacket

Anytime Jennifer picks anything Liverpool for me, I know I will like it. Just as I predicted, I loved this Liverpool Temma Denim Jacket.

I have a denim jacket just like this one that I wear a lot in spring and fall. If I were still teaching, I definitely would have kept this.

Market and Spruce Regina Cozy Sweater Hoodie

Next, I tried on the Market and Spruce Regina Cozy Sweater Hoodie. I loved this sweater hoodie. It was so soft and comfortable.

Even though I really loved this sweater, I didn’t keep it because I don’t need it.

Kaileigh Nora Long Sleeve Pullover

The last item in my Fix to try was the Kaileigh Nora Long Sleeve Pullover. I loved everything about this sweater.

Even though I loved this sweater, I sent it back because I knew with my health the way it is that it wouldn’t get worn.

  1. Good morning Paula,
Good choice to keep the dress it looks good on you.
Well here we are in February, it is cold here in TN in the morning and then high 50’s-60’s!!! Will continue to pray for urgency in giving you an answer for this clinical trial.
    Take care Paula,
    Colleen

  2. Hi Paula!
Our weather has been really cold overnight and warmer days..even for California! I loved the dress and especially the 3 quarter sleeve…very nice. Glad you kept it. The last sweater fit you so nice but I understand it may not get worn and warm weather will be here before we know it!
Hoping and praying for good news for you on the trial soon!
    Fondly,
    June

  3. The dress looks so good on your tiny frame Paula. Oh, the seasons of life we go through, sorry to hear your husband’s dad is facing his struggle too. We’ll just add him to the prayer file, as we do your mama and you. The wait is always the hardest.

  4. Hi Paula! Oh, that dress is so pretty on you and the color is lovely! I love sweaters too but here in south Texas it doesn’t stay cold enough to really enjoy them. Thanks for sharing your lovely clothes with us.
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia 😉

  5. As with all your other followers, I, too, loved the dress on you! I’ve been purging my closet, too as I have way too much that I just don’t get to wear because I don’t go many places anymore to even dress up casual! Keeping all your family in my prayers, Paula and hoping you hear soon about the trial…sending love, a big hug and you keep on keeping on with your positive attitude….

  6. Those sweaters are fabulous! You are rockin’ them, Paula. Now that I’ve been losing the extra weight from the pandemic, I want to buy EVERY cute thing I see. But then I look at my closet and I’m like, “Hmm. I’ve got too much stuff here.” LOL

    1. When you work from home, it is hard to justify buying a lot of clothes but if I really like something, I buy it.

  7. Oh, I’m so glad you found a new dress, and it looks lovely on you, dear friend! That burgundy sweater looks super cozy, too!

  8. You look beautiful in all of the outfits, Paula. The dress looks well on you; I’m glad that you kept it. I really like the burgundy sweater on you. The color burgundy is so becoming on you, Paula.
You, your mama, and your father- in- law are in my prayers. Praying that you’ll hear about the clinical trial soon.
You are always in my thoughts and prayers,
    Suzanne

  11. You received wonderful selections this month and each one could have been a keeper. I’m getting my first StitchFix next week but don’t expect a review! Ha! Hugs and prayers to my good blogging-lake loving friend.

  12. Fellow Virginian here, in the Harrisonburg area, and yes I’m getting antsy and ready for spring! I’m also a former teacher and loved all of the outfits you modeled this time….especially the dress you chose. Always cheering you on, dear sweet pea….one of my favorite flowers.

  13. Paula: I agree with everyone else – the dress looks so good on you. Let’s be positive in our thinking – wear that dress when you go to be interviewed for the Clinical Trial. I wanted something special to think about and a positive thought is you in that dress at your Clinical Trial. You have a lot of people in your corner so stay positive, enjoy each day and give us a “shout out” when you find out and start. Prayers are coming your way.
Also, glad that your father-in-law is in rehab. Of the several friends that have had or have relatives who have broken hips the end result after rehab is good.
    Regards,
    Ann Kehl
