Baked Pimento Cheese Dip
I’m sharing an appetizer that’s sure to please your family, Pimento Cheese Dip. The combination of cheeses, pimentos, red pepper, with a kick of hot sauce and cayenne makes a dip that’s sure to satisfy hungry appetites before dinner.
This dip is great served with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.

Baked Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mayo (I use Miracle Whip)
- 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 2 4 oz jars pimentos, drained
- 1 8 oz pkg sharp cheese, grated
- 1 8 oz pkg pepper jack cheese, grated
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cayenne
