Best of the Weekend
Happy Friday!
What are you up to this weekend? I’m hoping to get a start on Christmas decorating. I don’t like to start until after Thanksgiving but since it’s so late this year, I’m going to make an exception.
Let’s get on to the party!
Amy, Ginnie, Jenna, Cindy, and I enjoy hosting the Best of the Weekend Party each Friday night at 8pm.
If you don’t already follow us in some way, we’d love for you to do so.

What I Shared This Week
I gave a cottage style coffee table a makeover with paint. I scored this piece at a yard sale in August for just $5. I couldn’t load it into my truck fast enough when I heard that price.
Cottage Style Coffee Table Makeover
This project has been in the works for a long while and is finally complete. We used a 1983 Russian rifle storage crate to make a work bench. Mr. SP built card catalog style drawers for storage and added peg board to hang tools. The crate’s lid serves as a work surface. We are both thrilled with the end result of this project.

My Features
Maryann from Domestically Speaking made the cutest Christmas display piece, a Rustic Candy Cane made with Clamps.
Sara from Sincerely, Sara D. made a DIY Christmas Countdown inspired by one she saw in the Ballard’s Design Catalog. I just love this.
I am smitten over this DIY Felt Santa Ornament made by A Cultivated Nest. Isn’t this adorable?
Now it’s your turn! I can’t wait to see what’s shared this week.
Thanks for the party Paula and wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving!
