Cancer Ball 2009
This past Friday night we attended a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. I lost my dad to cancer in 1997 and like to support this charity when I can. Supporting a charity, dressing up, dining and dancing – you can’t go wrong with that!
Many of my buddies from tennis attended. Becky (in the black and brown) and I teach at the same school on the same team.
I love my dress. I got it on sale for $27.00!!
Here are the guys all spiffed up.
I treated myself to an “up do” for the evening. I love the way my hairdresser fixed it. It still looked good the next morning! The girl next to me is an old running friend that I hadn’t seen in a long time. The room was freezing cold and I stayed wrapped up most of the evening.
I love my tennis friends on and off the court. We have such a good time!
It was a fun night and a lot of money was raised for a very good cause.
Oh, Paula, I love your whole look, your dress and your hair, your jewelry…you look fantastic!
Suzanne

You look gorgeous!!! I was sitting here thinking that I love your dress, and then I read how much you spent. Amazing!
You are beautiful…I love your dress and the price even better! I’m so glad you have nice tennis friends. Around here, not all the girls are so nice:(
You look fabulous!! How much fun was that, to get dressed up & party? What a wonderful way to raise money for a special cause.
You look just lovely! What a wonderful cause. Your hair looked just great!
Love the dress and the price even more. You look beautiful!
Great cause! Great event and your dress is divine. So proud of you for treating yourself to an up do, especially since your dress is such a bargain. xo

I had to stop wearing my $13 dress to parties because I couldn’t help myself….when anybody complimented me I automatically told them what it cost! So now everybody in town knows about my $13 dress! Your bargain is gorgeous!
I agree with Mrs. K- way to rock those arms Paula, you look gorgeous! Looks like you had a great evening.
