Crockpot Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake
Crockpot Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake is an easy 3 ingredient dessert perfect for summer barbecues, picnics, or family dinners.
Crockpot Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake
Desserts don’t get much easier than this 3 Ingredient dump cake since the crockpot does all of the work for you.
Ingredients
- 1 box of lemon cake mix
- 2 – 21oz cans blueberry pie filling
- 1 stick butter
- Non-stick cooking spray
I like to use two cans of blueberry pie filling to make this dump cake but you can use one can if that is all you have.
If you are serving this to a group you can easily double this recipe but make sure to watch the cooking time.
Directions
Be sure to spray the crockpot with non-stick spray. This will make it a lot easier to serve the blueberry lemon cake. It also makes clean up a lot easier.
Add two cans of blueberry pie filling to the crockpot.
Add cake mix.
Cut the butter into 10 slices, and place them spaced out on top of the cake mix.
You can also make this with melted butter but sliced butter will yield a crumblier result with fewer dry spots.
Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 5-6 hours.
The Delicious End Result
Doesn’t this look good?
This lemon blueberry dump cake tastes amazing with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top of it.
If you are serving this for a party make sure to switch the slow cooker to warm to keep it warm but not cooking.

This looks so yummy, Paula! So easy, and perfect for a Sunday dinner!
It is very yummy!
Looks delicious. I like crock pot recipes but I have become dependent on the liners. Wonder how that will work ?
How is your mother Paula ? Any news ? In my prayers.
I need to try a crockpot liner. Mama’s first chemo is Tuesday and she is nervous.
I understand. When I had chemo, I didn’t know anyone who ever had chemo. I was sitting in the oncologist office once, reading a very old large print Readers Digest and found this quote: “Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are a good person is like telling a charging bull you are a vegetarian” Dennis Wholey.
I am sill living. “Faith as a grain of mustard seed”
Georgia, we are all praying for you and Paula.
Thank you so much for your support and prayers, Myna!

Have you tried this with any other canned fruit – peach, blackberries, cherries
I’m not a big fan of blueberries but I love the ideal of this cake
I have not but I think any canned pied filling would work just fine.
