This peanut butter cup recipe is super simple and only requires three ingredients: peanut butter, powdered sugar, and candy melts.

Change the candy melt color to match the season.
This recipe yields 12 peanut butter cups, so consider doubling it to have extras to share with friends and family.
Easy Homemade Peanut Butter Cups for Fall

Ingredients
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 12 oz bag orange candy melts
Instructions
Assemble ingredients.
Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
Add peanut butter and powdered sugar to a small bowl and stir until completely combined.
Pour the candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each heat session, until fully melted.
Place a spoonful of melted candy into each cupcake liner.
Add peanut butter mixture and spread, making sure not to let it get too close to the edges.
Drizzle another spoonful of melted candy on top to seal the peanut butter in, and gently smooth it out with the spoon.
To harden refrigerate or place in freezer for 30 minutes to set.
