Ginger Soak
I have a friend at school who is going through a rough time. She’s recently divorced and has had some other tough things happen to her recently. I wanted to do a little something nice for her, so I made her some Ginger Soak using a recipe in the January issue of Martha Stewart Living. She takes a long bath every single night, so I think that she will really like this.
Ginger Soak
Combine 2 cups of baking soda, 1 cup Epsom salts, and 2 tablespoons of ground ginger. Add to a tub of warm water and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
I made the tag out of a piece of cardboard that came in one of Mr. SP’s dress shirts that he got for Christmas. The ribbon is recycled from a past birthday gift. I love to repurpose things when I can!
I made a second batch for myself and I’m looking forward to a relaxing soak in the tub with a good book after a long day of school.
Wonderful gift for her. So thoughtful of you. xoxo
It’s a beautiful gift and I’m sure it’ll mean a lot to your friend. Thanks for the recipe!
Okay tell me how you like this. If it goes over well I’ll try it too.
