Jamestown Centerpiece
My good friend over at Southern Inspiration just did a post on the many uses for the Jamestown Centerpiece. I really like this Southern Living at Home piece. I mostly use it on a table for seasonal decoration, but I was reminded that it is food safe, so I need to remember to use it for a bread basket. It would be so pretty lined with a nice napkin.
I’ve got a bunch of “stuff” in mine now. I couldn’t decide if I liked it or if it was tacky, so I went ahead and put it on my table and decided I liked it. I trust the opinion of my mom over just about anyone else. She recently visited and really liked it, so that settled my debate.
Soon it will be time to fill this for fall!
I’ve got the Farmhouse Basket on my mantle and I love it, too. It was my first SLAH piece.
Your Jamestown Centerpiece looks great. I’m excited to see how you do it for fall.
Very pretty.

I love all three, especially the middle arrangement.
Oh, goody, MORE new ideas! I love the way you’ve arranged ALL of these. You definitely have a great eye, my friend!
Thanks!

Hi Paula,
You must be busy getting back into the swing of the school year.
I just spent the past 4 days in your beautiful state of Va. Drove thru Floyd on Friday night, what a site. Wasn’t able to stop for the music, maybe next time. Stayed at “Doe Run” on the Blue Ridge Pkwy. Very nice, you might want to check it out. It is near the bike trails you mentioned earlier.
Teresa (NJ for now)
I bet your back to work?
