Thanksgiving Mantel
Halloween things were packed away today and out came the turkeys. I love collecting turkeys, especially turkey platters and antique turkey candles. I spent a little time today changing my mantel to a Thanksgiving theme.

November:
I found these three antique candles in a shop in Roanoke.
These turkey candles were made locally. I found the larger turkey on sale in a cute shop in Staunton that is now closed.
I’ll showcase more of my turkey collection during this month.
Be sure to visit Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for this week’s Metamorphosis Monday.
Wow, you’re quick!
The platter is amazing.
love your turkeys as well.
Lovely! I love the plaques too. Is that fabric on canvas? Look great.
Love, love, love the feathers and the turkeys are tooooooo cute. Hugs, Marty
I just love the pheasant feathers…so dramatic and really add nice height too!
Your vintage turkey candles are wonderful!!
Like both your mantels – before & after. Wish I had cleaned up my Halloween stuff today!
I love it!
How gorgeous. I hope you will post this to my Wed party (actually will go up on Tuesday night) and inspire even more gals. The party is called Celebrate the Holidays.
I love the fabric pieces on the wall-did you make those?
