Thrifty Treasures
It’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to go shopping other than to the grocery store. I popped into an antique store in Appomattox this weekend and found three things that just had to come home with me.
I love the unique shape and color of this $5.00 planter. I have one other orange planter and the two of them will be perfect for fall decorating.
I almost passed by this $6.00 bowl, but I had to buy it when I saw the date and initials on the bottom. Could it be handmade? I don’t know for sure, but I like to think that it may be.
I filled it with some faux fruit. Love it!
I purchased this pretty floral picture for $9.50. It looks perfect with a group of prints in my living room.
The bottom left picture and the top right picture belonged to my grandmother. All of the other prints in the group were purchased in Appomattox. We’ve done a lot of post bike antiquing out there!
I’m joining Rhoda at Southern Hospitality for her weekly Thrifty Treasures party.
