Vintage Halloween Cards
This weekend I did a touch of Halloween decorating. Most of my Halloween decorations are ones that I use year after year but this year I have a few new things: two are vintage and one is new.
My mom passed along two vintage Halloween cards to me since she decorates for fall but not Halloween. I displayed them beside a ceramic pumpkin that belonged to my grandmother. I remember visiting her when I was in college and wanting one of my own. My table runner is new and came from Southern Loom in town.
These cards were made to hold a sucker and I suppose were given to trick-or-treaters.
Isn’t this table runner cute? I couldn’t resist purchasing it last weekend.
Most of my Halloween decorations stayed in storage this year. You can see some of my favorite Halloween decor here and vintage costumes and books here.
Is your house decorated for Halloween or do you prefer fall decor?
